This is a workout that will push your limits and has lots of variety.
Expect exercises like boxing, push-ups, sit-ups, skipping, rolling and dragging tyres, sprints and lunges.
Remember to breathe! It seems simple, but you’d be surprised how often you want to hold your breath. Go your own pace and build up your fitness each session.

What you need
Most classes are run outdoors, so dress for the weather. Wear sports clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle and towel.
