Stand up paddle boarding
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is where you stand up on a long board and propel yourself forward using a long paddle. You determine the intensity based on how fast you paddle. It is a very social activity because you can chat with your friends while you paddle along. There are even competitions for this sport.
