Campaign evaluation

New independent evaluation research shows that Girls Make Your Move has encouraged young women to be more physically active, and to view sport and physical activity more positively.

Independent evaluation research undertaken assessed the impact of the Girls Make Your Move campaign against its objectives to:

  • build and reinforce positive perceptions of physical activity and sport
  • increase intentions to participate in physical activity among young women aged 12-21 years.

The findings from this evaluation research, including previous waves of evaluation, are outlined in the summary reports below.
