NetFit coaching clinic Darwin

Hey girls, NetFit Netball and Girls Make Your Move are bringing a free school holiday clinic to Darwin.

What to expect on the day:

• Elite netball skills training
• Shooting, mid-court and defence
• NETFIT Netball gym class
• Leadership session
• A healthy fuel zone. What to eat pre and post netball
• Recovery station. How to look after your body off the court

NetFit Netball provides a range of netball services to encourage and inspire netballers.
