She Went Wild is on a mission to inspire, empower and educate women to lead an adventurous lifestyle and spend more time outdoors.
Every day, they help women build up the confidence they need to start their own adventures and showcase those in the world who already do so. They share practical information and inspirational content with them, stage events and hold workshops to empower our members to say yes to an adventurous lifestyle.
In 2017 She Went Wild partnered with Girls Make Your Move to promote the women’s adventure tour.
A special Girls Make Your Move rate has been given to all girls up to the age of 19 years to inspire them to watch the short films and be inspired to get out amongst the great outdoors.
This year is the first time ever the Women’s Rugby League World Cup will be held as a standalone event. Previously, it shared the spotlight with others as part of the Festival of World Cups. This is a nationally significant event and reflects the continuing growth and significance of women in sport.
The women’s tournament will have 6 teams and 12 matches across two weeks held from 16 November to 2 December 2017.
Girls Make Your Move is excited to support this historic women’s tournament to increase the profile of women’s rugby league in Australia and encourage and inspire other young women to participate in sports and physical activities.
