Justine: You’ll have a map and you’ll start at the start and go from control to control in the right order.
Miho: This is the thumb compass that you use in orienteering. You choose two points on the map, where you are and where you want to be.
Miho: It’s not purely a physical running sport, you do have to think and you do have other things to do other than just race head to head with other people.
